Work one-on-one, with families or in a group with a therapist on issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder, anger management, life transitions, substance abuse, single or co-parenting, divorce mediation, and other personal or emotional issues to help you move forward in life and reach your goals.
Our therapists are culturally sensitive, hailing from diverse backgrounds and orientations. Spanish and English speaking clinicians available.
Prices Range: $80-95 per 50 minute session.
Price Change Effective July 1st, 2022: $90-105 per 50-minute session

Co-Parent Counseling

Families going through a separation/divorce, child custody proceedings or other family changes, will benefit from the Family Transitions Program.
The program is designed to assist parents in building and maintaining a healthy co-parenting relationship, while providing strategies to manage conflicts, stressful situations and challenging family dynamics.
Discussion Includes:

Strategies for healthy communication between co-parents

Conflict resolution techniques

Talking to your children about changes in family dynamics

Identify “Parent Traps” that commonly occur during a separation or divorce How to help your child manage their emotions

Personal coping strategies and self-care
-
Relaxation strategies to help reduce stress and conflict

Re-Entry Services
C.O.P.E. Family Support Center in partnership with Kaiser Permanente has limited openings. We are serving recently exiting incarcerated men and women from the County Detention facilities in Richmond and Martinez with a history of trauma.

Services include:

Evidence-based treatment for PTSD, anxiety, depression, and positive coping skills

One on one sessions for FREE

20 sessions of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
