Group Anger Management
This program is designed to help adults recognize the underlying factors that cause anger and to learn how to manage anger to lessen the impacts it has on oneself and their families. Participants learn different ways to manage stress, improve emotional intelligence, and enhance communication.** Certificates are issued after completion of 12 classes.**
$55 Registration Fee

**Payment cutoff to attend same day classes is 4PM. Payments made after 4PM apply to the next day's class**

Family Transitions (Co-Parenting) Class
The program is designed to assist parents in building and maintaining a healthy co-parenting relationship, while providing strategies to manage conflicts, stressful situations and challenging family dynamics. Parents have the important role of raising the next generation. The challenge for all parents is to raise healthy, well-adjusted children in a loving, predictable environment. Families going through a separation/divorce, child custody proceedings or other family changes, will benefit from the Family Transitions Program.
**This class is a prerequisite for co-parent counseling.

7 week Group Triple P: For Parents with Children ages 0-12
These classes will focus on sharing information that helps parents to foster and create a safe environment to promote healthy development, positive learning, create realistic expectations, and help parents to utilize parenting strategies that can help manage potentially difficult situations.
$50 Registration Fee
Triple P Seminars & coaching for families with young children. These seminars are part of the evidence-based Positive Parenting Program, which aims to give parents tools to better understand and support their child's development.

7 week Teen Triple P: For Parents with Teenagers ages 13-17
Teen Triple P is a broad-based parenting intervention delivered over seven weeks for parents of teenagers up to 17 years old who are interested in learning a variety of parenting skills. Parents may be interested in promoting their teen's development and potential, or they may have concerns about their child’s behavioral problems.
$50 Registration Fee

8 week Supporting Father Involvement
C.O.P.E. Family Support Center recognizes the importance of the father's role in their child's life. Based on research evidence that father involvement emerges in the context of a system of relationships, each group meeting will emphasize on of these central aspects of family life including access and improving your relationship with children. For Fathers with Children ages 0-17 years.
$15 one time fee
