Parenting is one of the most rewarding yet challenging roles, and the 2024 Surgeon General’s report highlights just how real those challenges are: 41% of parents report feeling stressed and overwhelmed. This statistic underscores a critical need for support systems that empower families, strengthen mental wellness, and create healthier outcomes for children.
